About these terms
This website is operated by Aneeza Aesthetics in London. By using it you agree to these terms. Contact us at aneeza@aneezaaesthetics.co.uk.
Information, not medical advice
Everything on this website is general information. It is not medical advice and does not replace a consultation. Whether a treatment is suitable for you can only be decided at a consultation, after we have assessed you in person.
Industry statistics and regulation
Our industry and regulation page summarises figures and proposals published by third parties, with links to the sources. We take care over it but cannot guarantee it is complete or current, and regulation may change. It is not legal advice.
Consultations and treatments
- Our treatments are for adults aged 18 and over.
- A consultation always comes first. We may decline or delay treatment if it is not safe or suitable, or if you do not give a full and honest medical history.
- Results vary between people and we cannot guarantee a particular outcome. All treatments carry some risk, which we will explain before you agree to anything.
- Prescription-only medicines are only used following a face-to-face assessment and a prescription from a suitably qualified independent prescriber.
- Prices, deposits and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing when you book.

Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have as a consumer.
